Responsibilities
- Conduct individual wellness assessments and develop tailored programs that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Provide guidance and support on nutrition, exercise plans, stress management techniques, and overall lifestyle changes.
- Facilitate wellness workshops, group sessions, and events to engage employees and promote healthy living.
- Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust wellness plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment that encourages openness and motivation towards health goals.
- Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement company-wide wellness initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest health and wellness trends to continuously adapt and improve coaching techniques.
- Certification in Wellness Coaching, Health Coaching, Nutrition, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching or counseling focused on wellness and holistic health.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, physical fitness, and mental health strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and motivate individuals.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and group coaching sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to assess individual needs and tailor wellness plans accordingly.
