What are the responsibilities and job description for the Molder Operator position at IMMI?
- Mold products per work instructions and other duties as assigned by the Molding Department Team lead.
- 5:30am-4:00pm Monday - Thursday.
- Use spray equipment, and ear appropriate PPE.
- Good hand eye coordination.
- Stand 10 hours a day.
- Package assembled products per work instructions assigned by the Molding Department Team lead.
- Affix LPN labels to appropriate containers per instruction.
- Place any defective product in the specified non-conforming product area, do cut off of non-conforming goods.
- Build and pack per Lot sheet.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform cleaning duties as required during the week assigned.
- Change mold dies in presses as directed.
- Ability to understand written lot sheets and have good communication skills
- Maintain the company policy towards Continuous Improvement.
