Job Description
Essential Functions
Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
Manage warehousing associates, monitoring work, and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
Establish systems of operation for best practices and protocols in warehouse to maximize efficiency.
Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to help warehousing team see the big picture and gain personal satisfaction.
Utilize efficient record-keeping of Key Performance Indicators to monitor performance and develop strategies for growth.
Maintain all standards of quality as stated by government and IMMI.
Operate in cross-functional departmental groups and projects to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Associates degree in manufacturing or supply chain preferred
3 or more years' experience in logistics and supply chain, warehousing functions, or similar field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service mindset
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain and inventory
Ability to operate Microsoft Office suite and other relevant computer software applications
Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities

This work is deadline-oriented, requires multitasking, fluctuating work schedule, and flexibility within the workday.
Requires the ability for close vision, distance vision and depth perception.
Requires working and interacting with others, both in person and through phone, electronic, and written correspondence, and the ability to listen effectively, communicate clearly, maintain attention to detail, and perform focused work.
The following motions can be required during the day : Standing or sitting for extended periods of time, stepping up & down, balancing, bending (hip & knees), reaching, standing, walking, pulling, pushing, lifting (from floor to waist, waist to chest, chest to head), observing, hearing, grasping, pressing, and other repetitive actions.
May require continuous motion throughout the day, utilization of tools, equipment, and industrial vehicles, the ability to lift 50lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks as deemed necessary.
May work with and / or around potentially dangerous equipment.
When in the warehouse, this position requires working with dirt / dust and noise. The use of a variety of proper PPE is required to provide a safe working environment.
This position requires working with various temperature conditions.
