- The Advancement Strategies Manager (ASM) will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- The ASM will lead a two-person development team, guiding them to achieve annual portfolio goals.

Fundraising Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Execute fundraising campaigns, events, and programs to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Team Management:
- Lead a two-person development team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful achievement of annual portfolio goals.
Donor Relationship Building:
