- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders and ramps to get only roofs safely
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as asphalt using torch on roofing techniques
- Assist roofers with all roofing activities
- Assist in demolishing old roofs using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment to keep the work site clean
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed
- Willing to work in all weather situations
- Not afraid of heights
- Good attitude
- Willing to follow safety procedures
- Able to communicate in English
- Drivers license is an asset
- Able to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn
- Lift 80 Lbs repeatedly
