What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immigration Paralegal position at Immigration Law Office?
Boutique immigration law firm seeks an experienced immigration paralegal with at least 3 years of knowledge, skills and experience in both EOIR and USCIS cases. Candidate must:
-- be experienced in handling from start to finish, and with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, the following: I-589, EOIR-42B, I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, and U Visa;
-- have strong and effective client management skills in the above types of cases;
-- be fluent in Spanish and English and competent to translate and interpret between both languages; and
-- have a strong desire or passion to work in removal defense and family-based immigration.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
