Our firm is looking for a receptionist/filing clerk for our firm. Must be bilingual, Korean/English. (even better with trilingual, Spanish) Our office practices exclusively in the area of immigration, and all aspect of immigration.
Job duties: 30% receptionist/clerk work, 70% (trained to do immigration cases)
- answering telephone, emails and setting appointments,
- greeting clients, signing in
- copying, scanning, mailing
- creating and filing folders
- working on simple immigration forms
· Will be trained to be an immigration paralegal.
Experience in doing immigration paralegal works preferred, not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
