What You'll Do:
The development and production of viral vectors necessary for gene transfer in research experiments and pre-clinical studies. Expertise in developing vectors that fit with individual project requirements; design and manufacture of novel vectors and purified recombinant retrovirus and lentivirus.
Knowledge and proficiency with standard molecular biology cloning techniques.
Skills and Experience we look for:
At least 2-3 years of experience in molecular biology techniques of cloning and viral vector construction
Education:
BS in natural sciences, Master's Degree or PhD preferred
