Key Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the US Marketing Leader, develop and manage peer-to-peer digital and live programs, speaker bureau, steering committee, and advisory boards to support KIMMTRAK for metastatic uveal melanoma and potential future indications.
- Advance key opinion leaders (KOLs) strategy for KIMMTRAK, cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Lead development and implementation of peer-to-peer / speaker program educational content in collaboration with agency partners.
- Identify and train commercial speakers, manage speaker bureau, and ensure compliant execution of programs.
- Identify opportunities for enduring digital peer-to-peer content and negotiate impact guarantees with vendors.
- Develop and execute US advisory boards to inform key business questions and future brand promotional strategy.
- Work through the US promotional review process with regulatory, legal, medical, and agency partners.
- Gather feedback on tactics and response to key initiatives to enhance execution and identify new program opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in relevant scientific congresses and regional conferences.
- Own brand budget and monitor performance for cost-effective implementation.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.
Education, Experience and Knowledge :
Work Location / Travel : This is a field-based marketing role reporting onsite at the Gaithersburg, MD office with a minimum of 2 weeks per month of travel.
