The Director of Planning and Supply Chain Systems plays a key leadership role overseeing a team focused on planning, inventory optimization, master data management, and data analytics. This individual will oversee the end-to-end demand and supply planning processes, adaptation and implementation of digital enterprise systems, and the application of supply chain data analytics. Additionally, the Director will lead formal reviews with cross-functional leaders and key stakeholders providing clear visibility into supply planning, inventory projections, potential supply constraints, and proposed solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Technical Operations, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Finance.
- Oversee the demand and supply planning processes for the full portfolio.
- Oversee the Monthly Supply Review (MSR) process, ensuring alignment with the supply plan and providing critical insights for informed, proactive decision-making.
- Lead the design and implementation of flexible, end-to-end ERP system functionalities to optimize forecast management, supply planning, and inventory control.
- Establish and implement master data management processes to ensure consistency and data accuracy across systems.
- Drive the creation and execution of KPI analytics to foster continuous performance improvements throughout the supply chain.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continually improve supply chain management.
- Proactively assess the evolving needs of the organization, enhancing systems, processes, and capabilities to support Immunome’s growth.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience performing supply chain roles within the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry.
- Experienced with both clinical and commercial product supply chain management.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of supply planning processes, with the ability to translate demand signals into comprehensive, end-to-end production plans.
- Advanced data analytics ability, capable of creating and analyzing diverse supply scenarios, developing what-if cases, and performing sensitivity analyses.
- Well-versed in master data management, with a focus on creating processes that ensure data accuracy, integrity, and the establishment of a trusted, unified source of truth.
- Highly proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, with a background in defining requirements, framework, and system implementation.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a focus on delivering business solutions as priorities shift.
