In addition to a portfolio of discovery-stage ADCs, our pipeline includes AL102, a gamma secretase inhibitor which is currently in a Phase 3 trial for treatment of desmoid tumors, as well as IM-1021, a ROR1 ADC, and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radioligand, both of which are the subject of INDs expected to be submitted in the first quarter of 2025.

Position Overview

As a key member of our analytical sciences team, this person will be responsible for conducting comprehensive characterization of antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) using a variety of analytical techniques, including mass-spec, HIC, SEC, DSC, CD, LC-MS, IEX, and RP-HPLC. The person will develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for the characterization of biologics and ADCs, and ensuring quality and reliability of results. Additional responsibilities include data analysis and interpretation of results for complex biologics such as bispecifics and communicate results to teams to support the development of ADCs.

The role requires organization and maintenance of detailed records of experiments, and results ensuring good lab practices. Experience with Benchling or Genedata like platforms for data uploads and documentation is preferred. The person will work with a team of scientists across multiple disciplines including antibody and ADC conjugation teams contributing to the timely progress of research projects and the overall success of the program.
