Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the commercial organization, including weekly internal and external meetings.
- Implement and manage Medical/Promotional Review systems and processes.
- Manage cross-functional projects and priorities to support commercial strategy, providing subject matter expertise.
- Develop and execute the CRM system launch.
- Assist in the implementation of formal agreements within the commercial organization such as but not limited to contracts, service agreements and procurement documents.
- Collaborate with external vendors.
- Lead the development, delivery, and management of customer engagement and sales enablement tools.
- Develop and implement databases and infrastructure for data-driven business insights.
- Support internal teams by managing ongoing commercial processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
- Manage the commercial calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Prepare documents and presentations for all hands and all company meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and operations functions within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.
- A minimum of 4 years of cross-functional experience, working high-performance teams across diverse functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.
- Hematology/Oncology experience is required.
- Proven leadership and influence within complex organizations, along with a strong understanding of broader pharmaceutical management structures.
- Experience includes leading cross-functional internal meetings and managing logistics both domestic and international for 3rd party meetings, such as ASCO.
- Well-versed at working with healthcare providers in Oncology and excels at multitasking in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Expertise in vendor and budget management with a self-driven, team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient knowledge and applied skills in utilizing ERP and CLM systems to drive a commercial organization forward. Skilled in project and vendor management from concept to completion, and proficient in Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear, transparent, and effective communication. Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiar with pharmaceutical commercial systems like Veeva PromoMats and Veeva CRM, with a strategic, data-driven approach to utilizing CRM data.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that allows for driving change at all levels of an organization.
