Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Associate Director / Director, Search and Evaluation to join the Business Development Group. The successful candidate will actively source and evaluate promising new opportunities, lead competitive assessments, support negotiation agreements and support partnerships and post signing collaboration activities.
Responsibilities
- Closely collaborating with Immunome's R&D leaders to help define and implement strategies to identify leads and source opportunities for Immunome's areas of interest
- Sourcing new opportunities that are consistent with the company's scientific and business objectives
- Leading scientific and assessments and cross-functional due diligence reviews
- Navigating / Constructing Virtual Datarooms
- Managing competitive and strategic assessments of the competitive landscape for pipeline and potential portfolio acquisitions.
- Driving decision-making through the deal process, and making presentations and recommendations to senior management
- Developing and recommending proposed deal structures and financial terms, and be part of negotiations of term sheets and contracts with potential partners
- Be part of multi-functional team that develops and execute contracts and partnerships
- Oversee the integration and support of collaborations post signing
