Marketing Data Associate

Job Purpose

The Marketing Data Associate will oversee all data coming into the Marketing team. Ownership of the HubSpot processes and workflows and assurance that leads and deals are being generated in real-time for use by the sales team will be the focus of this role. Expertise in PowerBI will be leveraged to generate easy-to-use, sleek dashboards to showcase market data to both the Sales and Marketing team for better audience/potential customer targeting. Overall marketing metrics will be gathered and analyzed by this role and monitored to make data-driven marketing decisions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all Marketing Data in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Assurance that all HubSpot workflows are working properly and that data from lead generation channels is input correctly
  • Input of leads from tradeshows or other campaigns and assurance that all new contacts are properly converted to leads and assigned to the proper sales territory
• Development of PowerBI Dashboards
  • Knowledge of PowerBI will be used to generate meaningful and easy-to-use dashboards for the sales and marketing team to efficiently identify opportunities
• Market Data Research
  • Conduct research to identify key opportunities through data consumption and analysis of market info obtained through multiple channels
  • Leveraging of internal campaign performance metrics to inform future decisions with data driven analysis.
