As a Product Manager , you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of innovative products powered by large language models (LLM) and natural language processing (NLP) . You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and NLP / LLM engineering, to ensure that product features align with business objectives and user needs. In this role, you will set the product vision, define strategies, and lead the direction of our products.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management , this individual contributor role emphasizes strategic execution and hands-on collaboration across teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Drive the product roadmap for innovative solutions powered by large language models (LLM) and natural language processing (NLP), leveraging advancements in AI to deliver impactful and user-focused features.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring IMO's solutions address real-world problems and deliver measurable value.
- Dedicate yourself to understanding the market; identify and fill product gaps or generate new ideas to drive both customer and internal value.
- Define outcomes-based product roadmaps in support of the overall business strategy.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Prioritize features and functionality based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering teams, including NLP / LLM experts, to articulate requirements, resolve complexities, and ensure effective implementation of solutions.
- Stay updated on AI regulatory requirements and trends, ensuring products align with the latest standards and contribute to the strategic roadmap for clinical AI.
- Lead internal and external communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed about updates, releases, and product positioning.
- Provide training and product updates to internal teams and support customer training when necessary.
