WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with channel partners across key business functions, including partnership management, sales, and product development.
- Analyze partner business priorities and market drivers, developing a clear strategy to maximize IMO Health's revenue while aligning with partner objectives.
- Serve as the internal champion for channel partnerships, establishing and communicating strategic plans to drive organizational priorities.
- Represent IMO Health externally, advocating for our brand and business imperatives with aligned channel partners.
- Drive alignment and collaboration between IMO Health and partners by leading quarterly business reviews, executive touchpoints, and ongoing cross-functional engagements.
- Facilitate coordination across key partnership functions, including technical / product development, marketing, sales, implementation, and client success-managing escalations as needed.
- Advise internal teams on product roadmap strategy and client value realization, ensuring alignment with partner needs and market demands.
- Ensure retention and growth of the book of business by proactively addressing challenges and enhancing partner satisfaction.
- Support sales enablement efforts by developing creative solutions that remove roadblocks and drive partner adoption.
- Oversee and manage operational aspects of partnerships, including royalty payments and fulfillment of agreement terms.
