- Check orders before delivery to ensure that the correct products have been made
- Utilize our point of sale system and the accompanying phone app, to assign deliveries and inform customer of expected delivery time
- Transport items to customers at their desired locations.
- Manage cash and card payments upon delivery, as needed.
- Adhering to road and traffic regulations.
- Remaining up-to-date with the restaurants promotions, and informing customers of these accordingly.
- Anticipating and responding to customers queries and complaints.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license for the area in which you will be working.
- Ability to provide proof of current car insurance
- Friendly, service-oriented disposition.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
