As we grow our network, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.

The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for managing and optimizing key marketing technologies, including the Customer Relationship Management platform, digital Content Management System, and future-state Digital Experience Platform, along with analytics tools like GA4. This role integrates and executes these tools to drive personalization, automation, customer journeys, lead nurturing, and conversions across all digital touchpoints. Additionally, the strategist leads end-to-end digital media campaigns and optimization, leveraging data to improve performance and maximize ROI.
This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and technical expertise to optimize performance, streamline operations, and deliver measurable results in a competitive online marketplace.

Location: This position is located at the ImOn Headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Digital Marketing Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and refine digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive demand and online sales, leveraging data for enhanced targeting and retargeting.
- Work across teams to build campaign plans ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources stay on track.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and eCommerce experiences for improved conversion rates and customer experience.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, emails, and digital assets to enhance performance.
- Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies to get the best return on investment.
Marketing Technology and Integration
- Manage the marketing tools we use to enhance personalization, automation, and seamless ecommerce and customer experiences.
- Oversee eCommerce and cart functionality, ensuring frictionless transactions and optimized purchase flows through A/B testing of pricing, product positioning, upsell/cross-sell, add-ons, and bundles to maximize conversions.
- Work closely with marketing analytics team to track campaign results over multiple platforms.
- Ensure seamless data integration and accuracy across all platforms.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations in tracking and data collection strategies.
- Own the day-to-day setup and ongoing management and governance for pricing, product listings, promotions, and offers for active campaigns
Data Insights and Innovation
- Analyze performance metrics across platforms to identify optimization opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to refine segmentation, personalization, and content strategies.
- Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay current on marketing technology trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend new solutions for optimization and innovation.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline workflows for efficiency across marketing and customer engagement processes.
We are looking for people with:
- 3 years of experience in CRM management, digital marketing, and MarTech.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), GA4, GTM, and paid media management.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and DXP tools (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Strong knowledge of email/SMS marketing, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
