Position Reports to: Owner
Job Purpose: Manage daily operations of Imondi Wake Zone, including management and training of employees, inventory control, POS updates, customer relations, Pro Shop Sales, etc.
What is Imondi Wake Zone?
Imondi Wake Zone is the Rocky Mountain Region's Exclusive Watersports Cable Park located in Fruita, CO. We are a fun, safe and exciting place for families to learn and progress their watersports abilities. We strive to promote a positive environment to motivate, inspire and challenge like-minded water sports enthusiasts. At IWZ we offer Cable Wakeboarding, Kneeboarding, Stand-Up Paddleboarding, and Colorado's largest floating Aqua Park, as well as concessions and full bar! All ages and abilities are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and management of lifeguards and Retail Associates
- Management of inventory
- Point of Sale System Updates
- Answer phone calls and respond accordingly
- Sales of passes and equipment
- Sales and serving of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
- Ensure cleanliness of parks
- Janitorial duties
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time.
- Ability to watch participants and communicate well with customers.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or less.
Key Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be 18 Years old or older
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to understand and use various computer software
- Certified in CPR, and First-Aid
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous managerial Experience
- Passion for Watersports
