Responsibilities and key qualities as an Athletic Trainer:

• Delivering exceptional patient care in physical therapy assisted stretching and exercise programs
• Providing customized stretching sessions that fit the patients’ individual needs based on assessment and recommendations from the evaluating physical therapist
• Ability to assess physical limitations and range of motion of the patient
• Ability to properly educate patients with a safe exercise program that they can transfer to their home setting, as well
• Educating patients on injury prevention
• Closely working with our physical therapists, help in the execution of customized treatment plans while adhering to the individual diagnosis and plan of care.
