Key Responsibilities
Strategic Acquisition Sourcing:
- Identify and source potential acquisition targets in the healthcare consulting and services sectors that align with our strategic vision.
- Leverage industry expertise, professional networks, and market insights to uncover actionable opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition targets.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute financial models, valuations, and due diligence processes to assess acquisition feasibility.
- Craft compelling business cases and presentations to support recommendations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare consulting firms, brokers, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
- Represent Impact Advisors at industry events, negotiations, and discussions to expand our network and brand presence.
- Lead collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless due diligence processes.
- Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
- Develop and execute integration strategies to maximize post-acquisition value and synergies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate M&A, or a similar field, ideally within healthcare or consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare services and consulting markets, including industry trends and key players.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to source, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
