Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Revenue Cycle Operations Excellence Epic Consultant – Patient Access to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading project teams implementing best practices and bringing world-class results to healthcare providers throughout the US. Responsibilities
- Manage Revenue Cycle improvement engagements and be a subject matter expert in patient access, specifically in an Epic environment.
- Direct the activities of teams responsible for Revenue Cycle system and end-user support. This will include Epic production environment support, issue resolution, project management, and new functionality implementation.
- End-user training and education, workflow and process integration, revenue capture design, and project implementation.
Education and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: PMP Certification preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years healthcare revenue cycle experience.
- Experienced consultant who is well versed working in an Epic environment.
- Expert level knowledge of front-end revenue cycle process including scheduling, registration, eligibility, authorizations, and upfront collections.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle from both an operational and technical perspective.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to successfully implement large-scale integrated system and operational change efforts.
- Experience developing timelines, project plans, and full due diligence process for project assessments.
- Ability to monitor progress toward key milestone, provide regular client updates and discernment to escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders.
- Talent for overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively managing the team to ensure exceptional performance.
- Participates in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
- Application management knowledge in Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix-structured environment.
- Travel: Nationwide weekly travel required.

Salary : $91,000 - $210,000
