Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings—internal and external—through kick-off to project closeout.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review drawings, documentation packages, and schedules.
- Monitor technical installations and quickly address any challenges that arise on-site.
- Evaluate and manage project risks, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Handle client communication with professionalism, including off-hours calls if necessary.
- Drive purchasing decisions for project components based on bills-of-material and schematics.
- Ensure any scope changes are approved and documented.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of Project Management experience in construction, industrial machinery, or a related technical field
- Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and budgeting in Excel
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across teams, customers, and vendors
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to travel, work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
