Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Customer Attainment
- Active participation of lead generation with marketing, attending trade shows, and responding to inquiries.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Promote the companies’ capabilities, past performance, and available capacity for new opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for contacts.
- Needs Analysis and Solution Delivery:
- Consistently understanding the customer’s needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that address specific requirements (RFP / Proactive Solutions).
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive deals and provide feedback to management throughout the sales process.
- Identify and report opportunities and deal progression through CRM
- Risk Management:
- Anticipate and address potential risks to customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on sales activity and pipeline, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market insights to adapt account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- 5 years minimum experience in the parcel or warehouse automation industry.
What you need to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at highest customer management levels.
- Strong technical experience and knowledge in material handling.
- Strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
- Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals.
- General computer proficiency including solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Work Environment/Physical Demands - Frequent travel to interact with customer/prospects across the assigned geography.
- Ability to effectively work in an agile work environment using a variety of communication tools.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
This is a full-time job working in an office Monday through Friday, some nights and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to provide documentation demonstrating the right to work in the United States upon hire and subject to the E-Verify program.
