Manufacturing Lead (requiring two-piece hardshell encapsulation experience ON-SITE)
Manufacturing Lead is responsible for operating and maintaining encapsulation machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities :
- Operate encapsulation machinery competently, both independently and within a team environment.
- Set up, operate, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment according to SOPs.
- Examine materials, ingredients, and products visually or manually to ensure conformance with SOPs and compliance with standards.
- Record entries of each step upon completion and maintain the Batch Production Record at all times.
- Perform minor troubleshooting on equipment and process-related issues and repairs.
- Conduct in-process checks, such as average weight and individual capsule weight.
- Verify calibration status of weighing scales and inform the Manufacturing Manager if out of date.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Encapsulation Room.
- Inspect Capsules for physical defects (dents, splits, holes) throughout the compression run. Also, check for color variation in the fill material.
- Maintain online documentation in all encapsulation operations, including the Encapsulation Machine, Capsule Polisher, and Metal Detector.
- Check and review batch records for accuracy.
- Identify and segregate rejected blends and capsules from good capsules.
- Inform the Manufacturing Manager of any issues during the encapsulation process, including abnormal machine operation.
- Document encapsulation process information as per SOP.
- Charge the encapsulation machine with empty capsules and blend, then transfer polished and metal-detected capsules into drums.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
