Responsibilities:
- You will be trained how to operate encapsulation machinery competently, both independently and within a team environment.
- Set up, operate, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment according to SOPs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Encapsulation Room.
- Inspect Capsules for physical defects (dents, splits, holes) throughout the compression run. Also, check for color variation in the fill material.
- Identify and segregate rejected blends and capsules from good capsules.
- Inform the Manufacturing Manager of any issues during the encapsulation process, including abnormal machine operation.
- Charge the encapsulation machine with empty capsules and blend, then transfer polished and metal-detected capsules into drums.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Strong motivation, organization, time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong work ethic, including punctuality, dependability, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to distinguish colors.
- Compliance with company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies; required PPE will be provided and must be worn to ensure safe working conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Working hours: full-time from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday.
