Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift operations at our Grand Rapids manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate shift personnel to produce high-quality company products
- Ensure efficient production processes and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns
- Implement quality control measures to meet customer expectations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
We offer competitive straight time and overtime pay rates for eligible employees. This is a full-time position working 11pm-7am, Monday through Friday.
