In an independent work environment, be the accountable for Data Entry, Order Entry, PO applications, Collections and other project needs as our client moves through a ERP Implementation. HOURS ARE 8 : 00am to 5pm or 9 : 00am to 6pm MT / PT Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities) Validate the ship to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partnersResponsible for all PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX and other future EDI platforms) entry accuracy as the front line for data entry. This includes pushing back where the data that has been submitted is incorrect or subparCheck and validate accuracy of incoming surgery product usage casesBe the customer-facing voice and develop creative solutions to customer issues. Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionalsKeep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions takenProvide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing processSupport Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Research responses with salesBuild relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process; following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepanciesSupport Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepanciesRequirements 2 years of experience - requiredHigh school diploma - requiredCollege degree - preferredClear and concise communication skills - requiredDrive to dig into the details of customer issues to solve problems proactively - requiredAbility to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs - requiredParticipate in over-time work as needed - requiredDemonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and ERP systems (including data analysis tools , pivot tables, etc.).
