2nd & 3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Our client is seeking a dynamic 2nd or 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 30-50 unionized employees in their high-volume assembly operation. This position is ideal for someone passionate about driving operational success, championing continuous improvement, and maintaining a culture of safety and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team to achieve production, quality, and improvement targets through training, coaching, and effective communication.
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to minimize downtime, improve quality, reduce scrap, and meet labor efficiency goals.
- Oversee and implement product and engineering changes to ensure seamless execution.
- Promote and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies, making safety the top priority.
- Monitor work order progress to maintain quality and ensure timely completion.
- Manage timekeeping and attendance for the team.
- Maintain strong working relationships with union members in alignment with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
