The Business System Analyst (BSA) is responsible for ensuring the ERP system are configured correctly to manage our legacy products as well as new products being introduced in Medical. This would include ensuring ECOs and any changes are executed timely and accurately and aligned to support the structured needs of the business.
Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Configuring ERP systems to effectively manage legacy products and accommodate new product launches.
- Ensuring engineering change orders (ECOs) and system changes are executed accurately, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
- Working cross-functionally with teams such as materials, regulatory affairs / quality assurance (RA / QA), engineering, operations leads, and master data management (MDM) to maintain system integrity.
- Establishing and enforcing business rules that align ERP systems with production line needs and business objectives.
- Providing problem-solving solutions for unique business conditions as the portfolio and strategies evolve.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system functionality and alignment with operational goals.
