Our client, a leader in plastics manufacturing, is seeking skilled Plastics Process Technicians to join their team on all shifts . Responsibilities :
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot injection molding machinery
- Start up and adjust molding processes to ensure quality production
- Monitor process parameters, cycle times, and part quality
- Work with robotic systems (six-axis experience a plus) and end-of-arm tooling
- Accurately complete paperwork, including repair orders, PMs, and process change logs
- Perform mold setting and machine adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and production teams
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
