Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sales Operations Analyst for a 12 Month Contract . Responsible for maintaining and supporting processes and systems, including but not limited to inventory, calibrated tools, PowerBI, ServiceMax, ERP, and CRM systems. Helps perform and report physical inventory, inventory audits, and onboarding / exit inventory counts. Helps to maintain calibrated tools. Assist in creating customer-facing reports that drive growth and efficiency based on a sound understanding of distribution, customer service, tech support, sales support, and field service operational procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned
Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Provides operational support to sales management.
- Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems.
- Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.
- Represents the Sales Operations department in development of new business processes / reporting tools and problem resolution
