Bravo Shift Team Leader Our client, a premier manufacturer of weapon systems and accessories, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Leader to join their dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for continuous improvement. Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain an effective span of control over a team of 5-9 members.
• Provide support, training, and development to improve safety, 6S, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Set, monitor, and meet daily production goals and report on metrics.
• Ensure shifts and breaks are managed effectively, engaging the team in meeting production requirements and key performance indicators.
• Lead the team in a production environment and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Implement, audit, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate within the framework of all applicable operator work instructions, SOPs, quality, and safety procedures.
• Participate in all company-required environmental, health, and safety training events and discussions.
• Perform machining and production processes, providing adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with teams and departments to troubleshoot, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Utilize Lean tools to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of integrity, safety, fair treatment, and a positive work environment.
• Perform other responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.
