About Us: At IMPACT, we are dedicated to reducing the barriers and burdens that families in poverty experience by increasing access to essential needs. Our team is committed to reducing an economic barrier or burden for 30,000 low-income households by 2030. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a Site Manager to lead our Boone office location.
Position Overview: The Site Managers’ primary responsibility is to assist low-income families in applying for internal programs or services through an agency-wide client intake system and providing referrals to external programs or services. This position includes organizing volunteer schedules, conducting training sessions, as well as providing support and supervision to volunteers, to ensure they have the necessary resources and guidance. The Site Manager connects with local service providers and increases community awareness of IMPACT as appropriate. Additionally, this position includes handling light office management tasks that would ensure efficient office operations. This position may be expected to perform regular duties at alternative worksites occasionally. Other duties may arise.

- Maintains Accurate Records
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Social Work, Human/Family Services or a closely related field or equivalent experience
AND/OR
Two years minimum experience working in human services related field with preference given to persons who have worked in case management programs for persons affected by the conditions of poverty
