Impact Sand and Gravel is seeking a motivated Sales Lead to join our team. This is a remote/field-based role requiring regular travel in the Reno area to meet with clients.
Responsibilities:
Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the aggregate industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their product delivery and overall experience meet expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams in Las Vegas to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- 3 years of sales experience in the aggregate industry (required).
- Knows the industry well and is recognized as someone others trust and respect in the market.
- Experience maintaining clear communication with owners and stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and self-motivate.
Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (DOE)
