Job Summary:The Concrete Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team on job sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew of concrete workers.
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Operate a smartphone and job-related apps to track tasks, schedules, and communications.
- Ensure proper setup, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete for residential and commercial projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and clients.
- Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills.
- Troubleshoot job site challenges and find solutions quickly.
- Maintain and track materials, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in concrete construction.
- People Skills: Basic leadership experience—ability to manage, motivate, and train a small crew.
- Technology Skills: Comfortable using a smartphone and apps for job-related tasks.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to understand and follow project plans.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a BIG plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 80 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
