JOB SUMMARY
The test technician position's primary responsibility is to ensure the functionality and compliance of Aerospace and Defense circuit card assemblies, cables, and electronics enclosures per the applicable approved test specifications. The test technician documents test results and completes all required manufacturing and test records.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform Functional Test per Test Procedures
- Set-up Test Equipment per Test Specifications
- ESS (Thermal and vibration) Test Setup & Operation
- Electrical / Electronics / RF Troubleshooting Skills
- Solid Computer Skills & MS Office experience
- Circuit Card Assembly, Cable, and Electronics Enclosure Testing and Troubleshooting
- Strong Test Equipment Knowledge i.e., Multi-meter, Frequency Counter, Power Meter, O-scopes, etc.
- Technical writeups of test area findings and / or improvements
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Test Technician position requires a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a combination of RF test and / or electrical / electronic assembly manufacturing and / or test environment.
