We’re searching for a dynamic Executive Assistant & Director of First Impressions to join our growing team. This vital role involves working directly with the firm’s lead executive to optimize their calendar, email, and daily workflow in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, while also delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead executive’s primary assistant, managing their calendar, emails, and day-to-day workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively manage scheduling conflicts, priorities, and deliverables.
- Manage communications on behalf of the executive, drafting and responding to correspondence as needed.
- Deliver concierge-level, white-glove service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring consistency and excellence in all client interactions.
- Plan and execute client events, handling everything from vendor coordination to ensuring a seamless experience.
- Serve as the go-to person for office management tasks, maintaining a well-organized and efficient environment.
- Think critically and solve problems proactively to support team operations.
