Customer Service Representative I
Pay Rate: $18/hr - $24/hr

Impact Floors is searching for a Customer Service Representative to act as the company’s voice. As the customer service representative, you will provide support for customers by taking orders, providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. The position also requires excellent data entry skills and problem solving and conflict - resolution skills.
Duties/Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
- Responds to caller’s general information requests and/or inquiries.
- Takes accurate customer orders and follow through necessary process.
- Processes installation and repair orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Enter Floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts.
- Provide timely response to request for information including returning all calls as quickly as possible.
- Resolve or escalate customer issues, received via phone or email.
- Exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality and service.
- Responds to department email in a professional and timely manner.
- Makes updates to orders in the system

- MS office (MS word and excel) and PC fluency required

Physical demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Required education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year of customer service experience required
Preferred education and experience
- Flooring Industry experience a plus.
- RFMS systems experience a plus.
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
Must be authorized to work anywhere in the United States.
