What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Front Desk/Sales position at Impact Group Fitness Fort Lee?
Located in the center of Fort Lee, we are opening our 3rd location at 1627 Palisade Ave Fort Lee NJ in February 2024.
/impact/ is a one stop fitness studio for strength, HIIT, and sculpt classes. Bodies of all sizes, shapes, and fitness levels are encouraged to walk through our doors to make a positive impact on their day.
Qualifications
- A positive upbeat personality
- Working hours could vary and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- TEAM oriented with great communication skills
- Punctual, responsible and pays attention to detail
- CPR / AED training preferred
Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in members as they come in
- Resolving member issues in an effective manner
- Assisting in resolving tech issues
- Process membership and class package purchases
- Selling in-store merchandise
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all members and staff
- Opening and closing the facility if scheduled
