Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Group Fitness Instructor. The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for designing and leading group exercise classes that adhere to the /impact/ class formats. The instructor will also ensure excellent customer service and contribute positively to the fitness studio environment. This studio is located at 1790 N 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA (part of The Americana in Fishtown). **Projected to open Summer 2025**
Qualifications
- Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills
- Customer Service experience in a fitness setting
- Personal Training skills
- Familiarity with the Fitness Industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Certification in Personal Training or Group Fitness Instruction required
- Mat Pilates certification and/or a background in dance is a plus, but not required
- CPR/AED certification is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
