We are seeking to add a Staffing Administrative Assistant to our fun cultured environment. This role will be a full time (40 hour), Monday-Friday shift, with occasional overtime. Here at Impact, we find non-medical caregivers to help our clients within their homes with ADL’s and IADL’s. This position would act as support to our Staffing Coordinators that fill these specific roles by doing the following:
- Acting as the first line of defense in answering incoming calls.
- Investigate/Resolve issues regarding:
- Troubles with Authenticare App
- Time sheet questions
- Caregiver time clock questions
- Review caregiver time sheets for accuracy
- Monitor stable client/worker accounts
- Run report for daily check in meeting
- Additional assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Multi-line phone and/or switchboard experience
- Ability to type at least 40WPM
Nice to have, but not necessary:
- Medical office and/or medical billing experience
- Previous experience with:
- Alayacare
- Authenticare 2.0
- Microsoft Teams

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
