Schedule :

Monday - Friday - 07 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm overtime and occasional Saturday work.

Impact Housing is a Southern California-based company that is designing and building multifamily and mixed-use attainable housing. The company is employing innovative off-site modular design to address today's housing crisis with an integrated design, development, manufacturing, and construction process.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Drywall Installer and Finisher will secure drywall panels to the interior of residential, commercial, and other types of construction and will prepare the drywall for painting or finishing.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Measures and cuts drywall panels to fit in and around specific spaces such as doors, windows, electrical outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Installs drywall panels to wood or metal studs.
• Uses drywall compound to fill in and cover joints, screws, nails, and other imperfections.
• Sands joint compound once dry and applies drywall tape.
• Creates textured surfaces when requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• finishes gypsum wallboard surfaces by taping, spotting, pointing, filling, finishing, and sanding joints, angles, internal and external corners, and all field surfaces.
