Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows, including interior and exterior surfaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to ensure a streak-free finish.
- Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high-rise windows.
- Conduct inspections of windows for damage or issues that may require repair.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or in potentially hazardous conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is required.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely.
