We are looking for committed individuals who demonstrate good character , use clear communication , and can collaborate alongside professionals who believe in the power of integrity and teamwork.
Our Inventory Management and Distribution (IMD) Associates communicate daily with our partner hospitals regarding blood product inventory and patient needs. Associates document orders and prepare shipments of life-saving blood products for delivery to our hospital clients as well as emergency and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.
This is a full-time working between 30 to 39 hours a week position working 8 : 00 am to 2 pm with ONCALL ROTATION.
Associate responsibilities can include :
- Fill routine and emergency orders while following appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Maintain positive and professional communications.
- Assist hospital personnel with inquiries.
- Track and rotate inventory of blood products.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
