Pay:

Job Description:

Under the guidance of the Clinical Director and within the framework of agency policies, the Clinical Supervisor will perform the following duties:

• Assess individuals to determine eligibility for MHSB (Mental Health Skill Building) and Intensive In-Home services in compliance with Department of Behavioral Health and DMAS guidelines.
• Communicate with the Clinical Director within 24 hours after conducting an assessment.
• Ensure all assessments are documented and submitted to the Clinical Director for review within 30 days of the assessment.
• Provide case supervision and support to QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) staff.
• Conduct weekly supervision meetings to monitor service delivery.
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be a qualified mental health provider with strong interpersonal, management, and service delivery skills. Requirements include:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, or a Master's in Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field, or a Doctorate in Psychology.
• A minimum of three years of related experience.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or Psychologist in the state of Virginia.
