Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Suite of products, CRM systems, maintaining an in-house server, software development, IT support, networking, etc. The IT Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT infrastructure. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and onsite.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring stability and security.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and security measures.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in the IT field.
- Document procedures, configurations, and solutions for future reference.
- Assist with the management of IT projects, from planning through implementation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
- Degree or Certification, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Windows Server, Linux, SQL, etc.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
