Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions, including intelligent chatbots and AI-integrated systems
- Build and optimize AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and contextual retrieval techniques
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities into internal systems to enhance automation, search, and data analysis
- Implement and maintain REST API integrations to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms
- Utilize vector databases to enable contextual retrieval and semantic search capabilities
- Work with a modern technology stack, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, C#, .NET, and Java
- Leverage Microsoft Teams Toolkit and Bot Framework for AI-driven application development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs and drive innovation
- At least 1 year of full-stack application development experience, including front-end and back-end technologies
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, C#, .NET, and Java
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams development and Bot Framework is a plus
- An interest around AI, LLMs, and using it to build better things
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including services like Blob Storage, App Services, and Function Apps
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search methodologies is a plus
- Growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and collaborate in a team environment
- Curiosity and a knack for tinkering, is a plus (shown through personal projects, open-source contributions, or quickly picking up new technologies)

- Expected compensation range of $75,000-$90,000
