Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic right hand to the executive team. This is a blended role between traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities (e.g., calendar management, meeting prep, communications) with strategic, cross-functional leadership support (e.g., prioritizing initiatives, aligning teams, tracking executive priorities).
 
The Chief of Staff will play a key role in helping the executive team operate at peak effectiveness—staying organized, focused, and aligned on company goals. The ideal candidate is both a doer and a thinker: detail-oriented and tech-savvy, while also capable of navigating ambiguity, managing special projects, and acting as a liaison across departments.
 
This is a unique opportunity for a professional who enjoys supporting at the tactical level while influencing at the strategic level.
 
Note: We are exploring talent from both Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff backgrounds. Ultimately, we will hire one individual—so this position is best suited for someone who is energized by both worlds and eager to grow in step with Impact’s trajectory.
 
Responsibilities 
Executive Support & Operational Excellence
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling for members of the executive team.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, notes, follow-ups, and logistics.
  • Facilitate recurring meetings including ELT, SLT, and board meetings—driving pre-reads, tracking action items, and maintaining clarity of purpose and execution.
  • Maintain and optimize key tools (e.g., OneNote, Microsoft Planner, Outlook) to keep meetings focused and deliverables on track.
  • Ensure seamless communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as a thought partner and sounding board to the executive team, helping prioritize efforts and focus energy on high-impact decisions.
  • Help manage and execute strategic initiatives, including business reviews, leadership planning, and cross-team projects.
  • Drive accountability and follow-through on executive-level decisions and priorities across teams.
  • Support internal communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum across stakeholders.
  • Identify areas where executive time can be leveraged more effectively and implement systems to enhance productivity.
Things We Are Looking For 
  • 5 years supporting C-level executives in a Chief of Staff or Senior Executive Assistant role.
  • Experience juggling both administrative and strategic responsibilities; someone who thrives in both.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful—confident working in Microsoft Planner, Teams, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, and AV tools (e.g., Surface Hubs).
  • Natural relationship-builder with strong emotional intelligence and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, systems-minded, and proactive in anticipating needs and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Comfortable working independently with a bias toward action, clarity, and progress.
  • Maintains discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Flexible and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Expected compensation range of $110,000-$150,000
