Overview Impact is in the process of implementing HaloPSA to enhance our service management capabilities, and we need a dedicated architect to manage its configuration and ongoing administration. This role will be critical in ensuring the successful setup, optimization, and maintenance of HaloPSA to support our business operations. We’re seeking someone with in-depth experience in HaloPSA configuration and administration. End-user knowledge will not be considered in lieu of system configuration and administration experience. Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and implementation of HaloPSA across multiple departments.
- Administer and maintain the HaloPSA system, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Customize workflows, automation rules, and service request types to align with business needs.
- Manage integrations with third-party tools and services.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Train internal teams on HaloPSA functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and manage system backups and updates.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations.
